Where is the fender blacktop telecaster made

I've got the red one with maple neck. I like it a lot, however am looking to swap out pickups, just can't make a decision on which ones yet. I did all the set-up myself with the exception of cutting the nut because I use heavier strings than what they come with.

I let my luthier buddy take care of the nut. Also changed out the pots to CTS and the cap to an orange drop. Have had no issues with the tuners. They work fine. Nice solid guitar just not crazy about the pickups. I need some that will cover everything from clean jazz to country sparkle, blues and rock. Here's a vid of the way it's set up now if this helps any. It's a slow blues so if you have a short attention span, fast forward and watch the last half Love that Seafoam green by the way!

What Fender did that was wrong with the Blacktop series was introduce the guitar at a price that was too high.
