Harlow does have its faults and I can understand the roundabout issue but people are people and there are good and bad here as in other places. I know there must be some good people in Harlow but my ex has relatives there and that is the social grouping I've seen most of. I've seen too much of the 'I don't want to leave Harlow as it's my manor innit' attitude.
That and some of the pubs in the city like the Jean Harlow and the bit Yate's in the market square make me feel distinctly uneasy about random violence and I'm a person who has drunk all over the place.
