In other words, is your goal just to lose weight or is there another health reason?
Why I ask is that for some women, ketosis is quite stressful on the body and our hormones which often hinders weight loss. I no longer follow a ketogenic diet. You might have more success by including a little sweet potato or other starchier veggies a few days of the week.
